He said &#8216;war and peace&#8221;, but because we were driving and it was loud, I misheard and thought he said &#8216;warranties&#8217;. This, of course, lead to a great deal of laughter and quite an amusing conversation. Obviously, we ended up with a different topic for last week&#8217;s SMILE, but I still found the idea funny and actually already had a similar idea in the works. So, this week is all about everyday life. Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/LunchMoney_Lewis\" target=\"_blank\">LunchMoney Lewis<\/a>&#8216; Bills<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.azlyrics.com\/lyrics\/lunchmoneylewis\/bills.html\" target=\"_blank\">lyrics<\/a>) gets us started with a humorous take on something we all despise. Bills are a hard fact of life, but at least this song can make them somewhat enjoyable&#8230; maybe. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_IrQHeDcMi8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jon_Lajoie\" target=\"_blank\">Jon Lajoie<\/a>&#8216;s Everyday Normal Guy<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.azlyrics.com\/lyrics\/jonlajoie\/everydaynormalguy.html\" target=\"_blank\">lyrics<\/a>) is about as close to everyday normal life as you can get, sometimes uncomfortably close. Even the MV is &#8220;average&#8221; hehe ^^ <\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5PsnxDQvQpw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>When it comes to everyday life, one thing you can&#8217;t really escape is people. For that, here&#8217;s <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sly_and_the_Family_Stone\" target=\"_blank\">Sly &#038; the Family Stone<\/a>&#8216;s Everyday People<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.azlyrics.com\/lyrics\/slythefamilystone\/everydaypeople.html\" target=\"_blank\">lyrics<\/a>). Everyone we meet is living their own life, and we should be accepting of that. <\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YUUhDoCx8zc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Sometimes being accepting is hard though, and we need a reminder that life for others isn&#8217;t the same as it is for us. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Everlast_%28musician%29\" target=\"_blank\">Everlast<\/a>&#8216;s What it&#8217;s Like<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.azlyrics.com\/lyrics\/everlast\/whatitslike.html\" target=\"_blank\">lyrics<\/a>) fits that situation well.
