It’s Relay For Life of Second Life time and I am so excited! Not because we get a great shopping event or because lots of gatherings are taking place, but because it’s donation time! And, seeing as Relay For Life of Second Life has raised more than $1.6 million US since 2004, obviously we SLers love to donate! Also, with the incredibly news that doctors have essentially cured a baby with HIV recently, these are exciting times and give me great hope for the future of all so-called “incurable” diseases. So come on and donate; be the helping hand of someone in need.
Now, some people believe in coincidence and others believe in fate… I personally don’t support or deny either, but I do believe something was going on with me for this event! My stop at Ni.Ju started it off with the exciting discovery that Vitani had released a sampling of her new release, the Marx Piercing, in rainbow on her lucky boards that is absolutely awesome! Next, I picked up Pixy’s RFLoSL event dress which comes in purple and… rainbow! It gets better! I throw together an outfit and decide to go take a picture while exploring the RFLoSL event and what greets me upon arrival? The Pyramid of Giza build sponsored by Chop Zuey which is made up of…. rainbow prisms! Obviously, I didn’t take a picture of that bit, cause the build inside was a little easier to photograph than a giant pyramid lol, but it is definitely worth a trip! So, what does this all come down to? A very fun and colorful adventure that’s what!
