Where does creativity come from? That is a question many a “non-creative” mind asks those of us who seemingly create so easily. The answer is actually quite simple: no one has the slightest idea. If you’re a religious person, perhaps creativity is a gift from God or Buddha or Cthulhu or whatever deity you pray too. If you’re a scientific person, perhaps creativity is just a random firing of neurons that happens to create fantastic ideas and sounds for some but not others.  And, if you’re like me, perhaps you really don’t care to be bothered worrying about where creativity comes from and prefer to spend your time actually doing something with it. Less talking about creativity and more doing!
