I got to spend my day surrounded by wonderful authors and fantastic books, including the author of “Turning White“, Lee Thomas of Fox 2 News Detroit. Lee is a genuinely fun and happy guy who cares greatly about helping others and getting his message of learning out there. And yet, he has struggled through more in his life than most of us could ever imagine, having to define himself in a way most of us don’t even think about. He is truly an inspirational man and still extremely humble and open as well. I feel honored that I was able to shake his hand and share a moment with him. Learn more about his story here.
